CursiveGen is a free online tool that converts plain text into cursive and stylized Unicode text. The Service allows you to:

• Generate cursive and fancy text using Unicode characters
• Preview text in over 224 different font styles
• Copy and paste generated text for use on other platforms
• Access platform-specific guides and tips
• Read blog content about cursive text and Unicode fonts

The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration for basic functionality.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated text), features, and functionality are owned by CursiveGen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to any text you input into our Service. We do not claim ownership of the text you generate using our tool. Any text you create using CursiveGen is yours to use as you see fit.

Unicode Characters

The Unicode characters generated by our Service are part of the Unicode standard and are not proprietary to CursiveGen. You are free to use the generated Unicode text on any platform that supports Unicode.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CursiveGen. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We do not warrant that:

• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The generated Unicode text will display correctly on all platforms and devices

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CURSIVEGEN, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

Indemnification

Termination

Platform Compatibility

While we strive to ensure that the Unicode text generated by our Service works across all platforms and devices, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every system. Some older devices, browsers, or platforms may not properly display certain Unicode characters.

Third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, Discord, etc.) may update their policies or systems in ways that affect Unicode text display or usage. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CursiveGen operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements.
